This app does not take the money.

“I’ve paid” is a confirmation with optional proof for your agent. It is not a card charge, not an invoice, and not a transfer through LapseDesk.

Agent subscriptions (the only money that flows through LapseDesk) are billed on the web through a Philippine payments provider. We do not use Stripe.

This is not your insurer’s official portal. Your agent uses LapseDesk to remind you and confirm that you’ve paid.
