LapseDesk is a reminder and payment-confirmation tracker for solo agents. It is not an insurer, bank, billing system, or public client directory.

Agents pay for the service. Clients do not. Agents are responsible for the accuracy of dues, payment instructions, and who they invite.

Clients may accept, decline, leave, block, or report. Block is tied to phone number (and email if present), not a device. Unblock does not rejoin a book; a new invite is required. Reports remain on file after unblock.

Message credits (SMS, shoutouts) may run out. Core product — sign in, dues, I’ve paid, and verify — still works.
